    READ AfterSchool is currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 academic year at Ballast Point Elementary School. 

    May 1 through June 30 is the Priority Registration Period for returning families.  New families will be notified of space availability starting July 1.  Enrollment will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early as spaces have filled up quickly in prior years.

    • Make a Payment:  Log into the Parent Portal here, set up AutoPay (below), or make a 1-time payment by clicking the Make Payment tile.  You may also pay through the Parent App (below). 
    • AutoPaySign up for AutoPay before the 2nd of the month to pay automatically.  If on or after the 2nd of the month, select “Make Payment” from the Parent Portal.
    • Parent App:  Download Insite Connect to your phone from the Apple store or Google Play store.  Use the Parent App to sign out your student with a QR code (no more PIN needed!), to make payment, or to view pictures from the program.  Click here to learn how.

    • Remind:  Sign up for Remind to communicate with our staff and receive updates about our schedule and location.  
    • Daily Schedule: Here is our typical daily schedule.  This is modified as needed due to weather, space availability, and special events, so be sure to sign of for Remind to receive updates.
    • Add Persons Authorized to Pickup:  Log into the Parent Portal, click the Personal tile, select Add New Contact, press Save.  Provide the automatically-generated PIN to your contact.
